Salary $65,000-$75,000

You Will

 Benefits Administration 

  • Administer company benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, and leaves of absence (FMLA, personal leave, etc.). 
  • Coordinate annual open enrollment and ensure timely employee communication and education. 
  • Partner with third-party vendors and brokers to manage enrollments, claims, and compliance. 
  • Conduct regular audits and ensure benefit data accuracy within HRIS systems (e.g., ADP and Dayforce). 
  • Generate and submit compliance reports (ACA, EEOC, VETS-4212) in accordance with federal and state requirements. 

HR Operations & Compliance 

  • Maintain accurate and compliant personnel files for all employees. 
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and general HR matters. 
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal HR policies and procedures. 
  • Support investigations and disciplinary actions by documenting findings and collaborating with field HR teams. 
  • Track and help resolve employee concerns, escalating to HR leadership as necessary. 

Field HR Support 

  • Act as a liaison between headquarters and field operations on Benefits matters, ensuring consistent application of policies and procedures. 
  • Assist with employee communications and HR process improvements tailored to an operational environment. 

Other Duties 

  • Assist with HR-related projects and audits as assigned. 
  • Support the People Strategy team with data gathering, process execution, and documentation. 

You Have

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field preferred. 
  • 4+ years of experience in benefits administration and HR operations, preferably in aviation, logistics, or a distributed workforce environment. 
  • Strong working knowledge of Dayforce, ADP or similar HRIS platforms. 
  • Solid understanding of employment law and HR compliance requirements. 
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills. 
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume, multi-site environment with hourly and unionized employees. 
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
