 As a Culinary professional at dnata we take pride in our staff, training and of course OUR FOOD!! dnata is looking for Executive Chefs professionals who has the drive and stamina to lead. You will oversee multiple kitchens, scheduling of employees, production schedules, HACCP, Food cost improvements, menu adherence, expert menu development, and other daily operational needs including adherence to productivity measures.

You Have

You Have:

  • 5 – 7 years of manufacturing experience and/or Michelin starred restaurant(s) or in highly reputable institutions
  • 3 – 5 years of management or leadership experience
  • Experience in high volume Food Production and prior Airline Catering experience a plus
  • ·Previous experience with FDA/USDA and HACCP regulations
  • Have a wide knowledge of raw materials (foods) that exist throughout the world
  • Knowledge of startups and creating a balanced new Menu
  • Ability to interact with clients
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experienced and knowledge of Process Improvements and lean manufacturing.
  • Computer competent with Microsoft Office
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
