As a Culinary professional at dnata we take pride in our staff, training and of course OUR FOOD!! dnata is looking for Sous Chefs professionals 

to oversee the production and packaging for the in-flight catering operation.  The key objectives are, but are not limited to, maintaining the highest food quality, product safety, timely and efficient production.  In addition, the Sous Chef is responsible for scheduling employees, proper food and material stock levels, employee safety, and helping in the overall physical and financial well-being of the company. 

You Have

You Have:

  • Two-year degree in Culinary field or appropriate continuing education experience and relevant work experience.
  • Minimum of two (2) years experience as a Sous Chef.
  • Minimum of two (2) years experience in a fast paced kitchen environment.
  • Minimum of two (2) years in a supervisory role.
