$23.00-$23.75/hr.

You Will

  • Source candidates through various channels including online platforms, workforce agencies, walk-ins, job fairs, and hiring events.
  • Interviewing Applicants for various positions and extend job offers.
  • Assists in processing new hire paperwork and badging.
  • Utilize systems such as ICIMS and ADP for recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Ensure completion of I-9 forms, E-Verification, and all required onboarding documentation prior to placement.
  • Maintain and update the hiring tracker with new hires, tracking their badging and onboarding status for all JFK stations.
  • Performs a variety of specialized administrative support functions that require a thorough knowledge of the terminology, procedures, and practices for their functional area, with a significant degree of independence and accountability for results.
  • Receives and screens telephone calls, providing information regarding operations and departmental functions that require the use of judgement, tact and sensitivity and the interrelations of policies, rules, and procedures.
  • Skillfully handles complaints and inquiries.
  • Follows all safety rules. Observes and reports any unsafe or hazardous conditions immediately to their Supervisor/manager or proper authority.
  • May be required to perform other duties as assigned based on operational needs or airline activity.
  • Ensure compliance with Dnata, TSA and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations and policies.
  • Can meet Stations’ attendance standards.
  • Maintains communication with other managers. Relates information regarding our situations that may affect operations.

You Have

  • 1-2 years administrative experience
  • Strong administrative and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented, strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and stressful situations
  • Able to assist and provide responses to employee inquiries
  • Proficient communication skills in keeping management informed and providing related information regarding matters that may impact the operation
  • Proficient computer skills-Microsoft office, Excel, Teams applications
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Take initiative, using good, understand deadlines, with an ability to work independently under general direction, prioritize work, and ask for further clarification when necessary
  • ADP Workforce experience preferred
