Position Summary the People & Culture Generalist is responsible for the successful execution of day-to-day HR practices at the unit level while supporting dnata Catering USA's people strategy. This role acts as a trusted advisor to employees and leaders, guiding fair and compliant employee practices, reinforcing dnata’s values, and driving a culture of safety, inclusion, and high performance.

This salary range and is influenced by the level of experience. When calculating the base pay, we take into account various factors such as location, qualifications, training, and experience as part of the overall compensation package. Salary range $69k- $105k annually
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a unionized environment
