You Will

  • Ensure that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed and directed and that all delivery times are being met timely
  • Schedule and control staff to meet labour productivity and overtime targets
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with all safety regulations
  • Ensure compliance with all government regulatory agencies standards (example: Food and Drug Administration (FDA), United Stated Department of Agriculture (USDA),
  • Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Environmental Protection Administration (EPA), Department of Transportation (DOT), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), etc.)
  • Document and follow up on all department processes in order to implement improvements
  • Ensure on-time and accurate production and/or catering of all flights
  • Monitor, direct and maintain performance of all nighttime departments on shift including porters, drivers, dishwashers, equipment packers, cold kitchen assembly.
  • Respond to and action any service interruptions by providing clear leadership and direction to hourly employees
  • Be the point of contact for the facility for all customer enquires or service related call

You Have

  • High school diploma with 3+ years supervisor expereince. 
  • Prior Airline and food manufacturing experience.
  • knowledge of HACCP, & AOA.
