Key Responsibilities As a Flight Coordinator for dnata Catering, your primary responsibility is to ensure all customer menu specifications, equipment requirements, and service standards are accurately executed prior to aircraft loading. This role focuses on detailed verification of meals, beverages, and onboard equipment against the boarding bill and airline specifications to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and presentation standards.
You will work closely with airline account management, production, and dispatch teams to support timely and accurate order fulfillment while maintaining strong attention to detail and documentation. Your customer-focused mindset, organization, and ability to adapt to last-minute changes help ensure seamless operations and consistent service delivery.
