The Food Safety & Quality Assurance Supervisor assures that the plant effectively executes policies, procedures, and systems established by the Corporate Quality Organization in the areas of Quality and Food Safety, analytical and performance testing methodologies. The successful functioning of critical control systems within the plant (Sampling, Analytical Testing, Product Grading, Quality Alerts, Environmental Monitoring, Hold and Release procedures, Good Laboratory Practices) is the responsibility of the position holder. He/ She will The Food Safety & Quality Manager ensuring operation runs in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, food safety, HACCP, Halal and dnata quality management system.
